POLICY OF INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Akwawit-Brasco S.A. is a significant producer of agricultural ethyl alcohol, absolute ethanol including bio-ethanol, agricultural distillate, and bottled spirit beverages.
What is more, Akwawit-Brasco S.A. is an owner of holding companies which run similar businesses on the market of bio-components ("Wratislavia-Bio" Sp. z o.o. – the producer of bio-esters), and also Eko-Brasco Sp. z o.o. enabling the conglomerate diversification: – on the market of rape seed and oil; and Centrum Konferencji i Rekreacji Sp. z o.o. – on the market of hotel, recreation, and conference services.

Tools: Analysis of product markets including the identification of the customers’ needs and the competitors’ actions; assessment of possible choices of strategic actions and of choice criteria for an optimal action; making strategic choices, execution and control of both the execution process and the assumptions made at the planning stage – as an algorithm of effective action.
Perfecting the organisation and management at the level of individual organisational units, corporations, and the group of companies;

Operational goals: Implementation of solutions in reference to organisation and management and tools improving effectiveness of performance and allowing the measurement of the actions;
Integration of actions at the level of strategy (within the holding group), tactics (cooperation between the organisational units), and operation (cooperation, motivation, work division in organisational units).
