Consolidation in Brasco Group

   On 29 December 2006 District Court in Poznan XXII Commercial Division of the National Court Register entered to the Register of Enterprises of the National Court Register the merger of Fermentation Industry Company “AKWAWIT” S.A. with the registered seat in Leszno with Kompania Spirytusowa “WRATISLAVIA” Polmos Wrocław S.A. with the registered seat in Wroclaw. The merger followed by acquisition of WRATISLAVIA Company by AKWAWIT Company under Art.492 § 1 Clause 1 of the Code of Commercial Companies.
   Stock capital – PLN 113,994,800 paid in full.
   Following the merger AKWAWIT Company assumed all the rights and obligations of WRATISLAVIA Company, including all rights and obligations under contracts with contracting parties.

Upon the merger the Company operates under the following name:
Fermentation Industry Company "AKWAWIT" Spółka Akcyjna
with the registered seat in Leszno at ul. Święciechowska 2.
